Delivery method and timing
After successful payment and any necessary security checks, package access information is supplied electronically using the email address or optional WhatsApp number provided at checkout. Our normal delivery target is 1–24 hours.
When the package term starts
A 3, 6, 12 or 15-month term begins when the access code is issued and sent to the customer. For a custom offer, the terms shown at checkout apply. The expiry date attached to the access code controls.
Digital package functionality
- The basic URL QR tool is free; package access unlocks professional QR types, design and export tools.
- The individual, commercial or team-use entitlement shown for the selected package applies.
- Static QR codes do not host destination content; a link works only while its destination site or service remains available.
- Downloaded PNG or SVG files are stored on the customer's device.
Technical requirements
Activation and online tools require an internet connection and a current browser that supports JavaScript and essential security cookies. Customers should check device and browser compatibility before buying; reasonable troubleshooting support is provided for compatibility issues.
If delivery is delayed
If access information has not arrived by the end of the stated window, check spam and the contact details used at checkout, then email qr@exeqrcode.com with the order reference. We verify the payment and resend access, or refund the payment under applicable law and the Refund Policy if delivery is not possible.
Delivery territory and restrictions
Digital packages are supplied online worldwide unless local law or payment-network restrictions prevent supply. The Turkey/Europe selection identifies the relevant offer, currency and regional price and does not remove mandatory local rights.
