To purchase, you must be old enough and legally capable of entering a contract where you live. If purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
Using ExeQRCode tools
You may use the static QR code and barcode tools for personal or commercial purposes. No account is required. ExeQRCode does not claim ownership of the content you encode or the files you download.
Responsible use
- Do not use unlawful, deceptive, harmful, malicious or rights-infringing content.
- Check the destination, accuracy, safety and scanability of each code before printing or distribution.
- Do not bypass security, disrupt the service or seek unauthorised access.
One-time digital packages
Standard, Premium and Ultra are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. The selected package, region, duration, currency, taxes and total are shown in the order summary before payment and form part of the contract.
Package entitlements and access code
The basic URL QR generator is free. A paid package supplies the professional tools and the individual, commercial or internal team-use entitlement listed on the order page for the selected term. Although some packages use a common technical interface, your usage rights remain limited to the package purchased. An access code is for the identified customer or the purchasing organisation's internal use and must not be published, resold or transferred without permission.
Order, payment and digital fulfilment
An order is accepted when the payment provider confirms payment. There is no physical shipping. Digital fulfilment or activation information is provided using the order details supplied at checkout. Any fulfilment window shown on the package page or order summary applies. Contact support if delivery is delayed.
Card statement and payment questions
The payment may appear on your card statement as ExeQRCode or a similar merchant descriptor displayed by your bank. If you see an unrecognised, duplicate or incorrect charge, contact qr@exeqrcode.com with the order reference first; mandatory dispute and chargeback rights remain available.
Price, tax and invoices
No charge is made beyond the displayed total without prior agreement. Tax and invoicing requirements may vary by seller and customer location. A payment receipt may not be the same as a tax invoice required under local law.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
The Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Pre-contract Information form part of these terms. Separate consent for immediate performance or digital access may affect withdrawal rights where applicable law permits. Mandatory rights for faults, non-delivery, incorrect fulfilment and other remedies are unaffected.
Service availability
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, security events, force majeure and outages involving networks or providers outside our control may occur. Static QR codes contain their data; availability of a linked destination depends on its operator.
Intellectual property
The ExeQRCode name, site design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You retain your QR content and are responsible for permissions needed for third-party marks or works.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Applicable law and disputes
We encourage you to first seek resolution through qr@exeqrcode.com. Mandatory consumer law and competent remedies in your country remain available. Consumers may use courts, regulators or alternative dispute bodies available in their place of residence.
Changes and records
Material changes affecting new orders are published with a new date. The version accepted at payment applies to that order and the acceptance version is recorded with the transaction.
