Parties and contract formation
The seller is the business identified above, trading as ExeQRCode. The buyer is the person or business providing checkout details. The agreement is formed electronically when the buyer accepts the pre-contract documents, places the payment order and payment is confirmed.
Subject of the agreement
This agreement covers supply of the Standard, Premium or Ultra one-time digital package shown in the order summary for the selected duration and region. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Price and payment
The total, currency and applicable tax are shown before payment. By pressing the payment button, the buyer acknowledges an obligation to pay the displayed order amount. Payment is processed by the authorised payment provider using a supported card.
Digital fulfilment
There is no physical shipment. Fulfilment or activation is supplied electronically using the order details provided at checkout. The fulfilment window shown in the order summary applies. If fulfilment becomes impossible, the buyer is informed without undue delay and payment is refunded as required by applicable law.
Term, functionality and compatibility
The package term starts when the access code is issued and sent to the customer. The service consists of digital QR/barcode tools running in a current browser with internet access, JavaScript and essential security-cookie support. Package-specific usage rights and features are defined by the order-page description.
Withdrawal and immediate performance
The buyer may have a statutory withdrawal period. A 14-day request is accepted where the package has not been delivered, activated or used. If the buyer separately requests immediate performance and acknowledges its effect, withdrawal may end after full performance or digital supply where local law allows. We do not rely on this exception without express acknowledgement.
Withdrawal notice and contract record
A withdrawal notice may be sent to qr@exeqrcode.com by any clear statement or using the model wording in the Refund Policy. The legal-document version accepted at payment is retained with the transaction. The order summary and downloadable payment document form part of the contract record the buyer can keep.
Refunds and non-conformity
Where withdrawal or termination creates a refund right, payment is returned without a refund fee to the original method within the applicable legal period. Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, incorrect package, misdescription or technical inability to use may include correction, redelivery, reduction, termination or refund.
Buyer obligations
- Provide an accurate email address and, if supplied, WhatsApp number
- Be authorised to use the payment card
- Do not share supplied access or order details without permission
- Report faults or suspected unauthorised payments without undue delay
Personal data
Data is processed under the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. Card data is handled directly in the payment provider's encrypted field and is not stored by ExeQRCode.
